Your Team Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our Transformation team as VP of Transformation & Data Solutions. This role will serve as a key driver in designing and delivering transformative tools, workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance operational performance and directly support client-facing product initiatives. The ideal candidate combines operational rigor with business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to represent internal solutions in external conversations.

Your Key Ressponsibilities

  • Own and lead transformation initiatives that cut across operations, product, and technology.
  • Shape solution strategies that enhance scalability, transparency, and client value across data workflows and delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Client Coverage, and end clients to understand market needs and translate them into robust, actionable internal solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner in client conversations where data capabilities and operational design are critical.
  • Oversee the design, testing, and optimization of AI-powered extraction workflows.
  • Lead continuous improvement of prompt engineering, leveraging user feedback and operational outcomes to enhance performance.
  • Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Coverage teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within scope.
  • Influence prioritization and roadmap alignment across teams to ensure support for both internal transformation and external product delivery.
  • Build and implement tools that streamline operational workflows, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve throughput.
  • Champion data standardization and automation to support scale.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, change management, and user education.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and proactively communicate updates and improvements across stakeholders.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Undergraduate degree – Majors in Finance, Investment Management, Accounting, Business Management & Information Systems
  • Post-graduate qualifications advantageous, e.g. CFA, CAIA
  • Familiarity with financial markets, accounting practices and alternative assets (private capital & hedge funds)
  • 8+ years of experience in data operations, transformation, product, or consulting roles—ideally with exposure to client-facing or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data workflows, AI/ML applications in operations, and enterprise tooling platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complexity and influence decision-making.
  • Experience supporting or presenting to institutional clients or working with client-facing teams is a strong plus.
