Your Team Responsibilities

At MSCI, our Sales Transformation & Enablement team is reshaping how our global sales organization generates, manages, and converts leads. We work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to: 

  • Launch high-impact programs that fuel pipeline growth and accelerate conversion 
  • Standardize lead management and campaign execution for scale across markets and segments 
  • Integrate AI, Prospecting and Automation tools to modernize workflows 
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce and connected platforms for end-to-end campaign and lead management 
  • Track and optimize KPIs that measure pipeline quality, conversion efficiency, and sales enablement impact 
  • Act as the central driver of rollout, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption 

Your Key Ressponsibilities

As a Senior Transformation Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of redefining how we generate demand, execute campaigns, and enable our sales teams. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver transformation programs that boost efficiency, scalability, and results. 

  • Lead campaign and lead management transformation for Sales - from assessment to execution to measurable impact 
  • Identify and solve pain points in lead generation, campaign execution, and sales enablement processes 
  • Implement scalable, technology-driven solutions that align with go-to-market priorities 
  • Champion Salesforce Cloud, third-party prospecting integrations, and sales enablement tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to maximize adoption and impact  
  • Define performance metrics that demonstrate ROI on campaigns, pipeline growth, and sales productivity gains 
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology to ensure adoption and long-term success 

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

We’re looking for a transformation leader who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. You thrive on modernizing go-to-market processes and equipping sales teams with the tools they need to succeed. 

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or go-to-market transformation roles 
  • Proven track record driving CRM marketing automation, campaign management, or lead management programs in complex organizations 
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and integrations with third-party prospecting platforms 
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lead-to-revenue workflows, and sales enablement best practices 
  • Ability to translate data into insights and strategies that improve campaign ROI and sales impact 
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills 
  • A builder’s mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, spotting opportunities, and delivering results
