REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: working on operational support for internal client facing financial web applications; troubleshooting applications, data issues, and providing timely resolution within the defined service level agreement; utilizing the software development lifecycle process including requirement gathering, design, code review, unit test automation, and build and release automation environments; collaborating across functional teams to improve quality of service and contribute to enhancement of user experience; analyzing requirement specifications for impact on the existing system and for gaps, testability, and applicability to stated use cases; participating in incident management for resolution and tracking of application issues; managing monthly maintenance and production releases, ensuring appropriate communication across the development and business teams, including post release system testing; collaborating across development and product management teams for service delivery; practicing capacity management and monitoring, trending, and analyzing current usage of the existing software systems to accommodate future growth and sustainability; leading support efforts on overall system stability and defining scope for future improvements across the team. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is between $169,229 and $169,229 per year.
